wow, that is almost hard to believe really. how is it even possible? in a year where there were what, 10 players passing for 4000 yards they pick a guy that threw for 1800. yeah he came in and won some games but **** this is ridiculous

its because two of the QB's left wont be able to play, either Peyton/Brees or Farve, all who made the Pro Bowl

But you can only replace an AFC guy with an AFC guy. He is replacing Brady if I am not mistaken due to injury.

i dont think its a bad add at all, he came in and turned that team around, making them a legit playoff contender, after an 0-6 start

Big Ben turned down the spot because of a "shoulder injury"

PITTSBURGH - Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger(notes) has turned down a chance to play in the Pro Bowl because of a right shoulder problem that developed late in the season.
Roethlisberger was the first alternate for the AFC and would have gone in place of the Patriots' Tom Brady(notes), who pulled out of the game. Once Roethlisberger turned down the opportunity, Houston's Matt Schaub(notes) was selected.

Roethlisberger appeared to have problems with his throwing shoulder during the Steelers' season-ending game at Miami on Jan. 3. Coach Mike Tomlin later said he doesn't think Roethlisberger will require any medical procedures to correct the problem.
Roethlisberger, who has won two Super Bowls with Pittsburgh, threw for a team-record 4,328 yards this season.

vince young didnt really do much to turn that team around he only had like 1400-1800 yards 10 TD's and 7 int's im sure they can find somebody with better numbers than that

like i said, before VY the Titans were 0-6, after? 8-2

brady, big ben, phillip rivers is also out, and peyton could be in miami for the SB, who else is there?

ill go stand in the pocket knowing i wont get hit and throw some 45 yard bombs for em. i doubt they will be accurate at all but i will be just as entertaining : D
